The 30-year-old prop has made 157 appearances in his decade with the club, having originally moved to the region to study at Durham University.
Delighted to continue his time at Kingston Park, Brocklebank said: “Newcastle is the place I call home now, and I’m delighted to be extending my stay.
“My family and I are settled, Newcastle Red Bulls are making real progress and I’m chasing 200 appearances for the club, so it was never a case of wanting to move.
“Everything around the club is exciting at the moment and I’m sure any player would want to be part of it, so I’m just looking forward continuing that progress.”
Sporting general manager Neil McIlroy said: “Adam has been a firm fixture in our pack for a number of years now, and is fully committed to being part of our ongoing programme of improvement.
“He is well respected within the group, he is very professional in how he goes about his business and it’s great that our exciting plans for the future can include guys who have given so much to this club over the previous decade.”
