MAX HICKS ON THE BENCH FOR ENGLAND A
Max Hicks is set to make his England A debut from the bench on Friday when they host an Argentina XV in Bath.
The Newcastle Red Bulls flanker has impressed with one try in seven games this season since arriving from Perpignan, and has been shortlisted for Gallagher Player of the Month in recognition of his storming start to the campaign.
England A's 7.45pm kick-off against the Argentina XV is live on Premier Sports and the England Rugby Youtube channel, with further games to follow against an Ireland XV in Exeter (Feb 20) and Chile (Feb 26).
England A head coach Mark Mapletoft said: "This group has shown excellent determination in a short training week, and we're excited to see them come together for the first time this season at The Rec.
"The programme continues to play an important role in strengthening our pathway, giving players the chance to make a difference in an England shirt while continuing their development in a high-performance environment."
