The hard-running centre scored 13 tries in his 36 games for the Devon club, helping them to reach the 2026 Gallagher PREM final.
Englishman Will came through the BUCS Super Rugby pathway with Cardiff Met, with the 6-foot-1 midfield man going on to join Coventry.
Making 37 appearances and scoring 14 tries during his time there, Rigg's incisive attacking running helped earn him a place in the 2022-23 Championship Team of the Season before making his PREM breakthrough.
