RED BULLS TO COMPETE IN MELROSE 7S
Newcastle Red Bulls will enter the oldest sevens tournament in the world on Saturday, when they play in the Melrose 7s.
Twenty years on from the last time they won the competition, Newcastle will send a team to play in the iconic event, held at the Greenyards in Melrose.
First contested in 1883, the famous competition sees sides from Scotland and beyond descending on the Scottish Borders town.
The club will also be fielding a side in the Under-18s tournament, which is being held earlier the same day.
